Civ 5 mods not downloading

Sid Meier's Civilization V. Mods not downloading I'm really getting sick of my Mods disappearing, One thing I noticed is that the more mods I have, the longer they take to download on the mods page, sometimes close to 5 mins after I resubbed then did they download on the mods page.

If you cannot imagine your life without building your powerful Civilization, you will like all the improvements which come with this game. Various fan I dont have a solution yet, but for you, does the mod download as steam workshop civ 5 in your downloads in the steam library? Becuase everytime i unsubscribe and resubscribe, steam downloads the mods but they arent in the folder and dont appear. Anybody out there with a fix? EDIT: I think it is the new steam update.
